Welcome to my apartment! The property is Flat 4, located on the first floor and accessible by stairs or lift. This spacious and modern 3-bedroom apartment in Westminster is the perfect home away from home for families. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including an ensuite in the master bedroom, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa with ample seating for the whole family to gather and enjoy quality time together. The apartment also boasts a balcony in the kitchenette/living room area, offering a lovely space to relax and enjoy the city views. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer, and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom for convenience and privacy. The second bedroom is furnished with a restful queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a comfortable single bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note that construction work is currently being done on the building's exterior façades. As a result, there may be noise between Monday and Friday, during daytime hours.
