Located on the picturesque West Somerset Coast, the well-known coastal village of Minehead is perfectly shielded by the spectacular North Hill. In addition to a mile-long esplanade that frames the golden beach, the charming harbour, which is frequently visited by the famed paddle steamer Waverley during the summer, offers great fishing. Visit Blenheim Gardens, which has won numerous prizes for its stunning floral displays, or take a trip on the West Somerset Railway, a classic steam train ride from the beachfront.
