Established over 35 years ago with just a handful of cottages, the company has grown to the point where we now successfully market a wide variety of holiday cottages in Devon. From the start we were determined to build up a reputation for offering only the best of properties. The company has grown, but everyone involved still holds true to the combination of commitment and professionalism that is the foundation of the company’s success. Family run to this day, we are still able to offer that personal service which sadly in today’s ever increasing pace of life can sorely fall by the wayside.

Heathgate House Apartment is a luxury self-catering apartment on the outskirts of the picturesque seaside town of Budleigh Salterton in East Devon, one of the most beautiful areas of the South West. The apartment has been recently refurbished and is decorated to a high standard. It is just a short walk from the South West Coastal path which follows the Jurassic Coast and only 15 minutes drive from the M5 at Exeter. From the entrance hall a door leads to the superb open plan lounge and kitchen with comfortable seating and dining area. The bedroom is off the entrance hall and consists of a king size bed which can be made as two singles on request. The bed is made up of fine cotton bed linen, hollow fibre pillows, a duvet, and an additional bedspread plus a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. There is an en-suite luxury bathroom with a shower over the bath. The friendly owners live next door and provide a small welcome pack of tea, coffee & milk on arrival. Outside Space: Accessed from the kitchen is a private enclosed garden with outdoor seating, perfect for al-fresco dining. Parking: There is private parking for 1 car outside the property Budleigh Salterton is an unspoilt seaside town, where the River Otter meets the sea, with a thriving high street full of individual and interesting shops and beautiful mile long pebble beach, fringed by the dramatic red cliffs which form part of the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site. Budleigh offers a wealth of things to do, whether you like to stroll along Marine Parade, drink coffee at the Longboat cafe, watch for rare birds on the River Otter estuary or make use of local cycleways and riding school. Nearby, Otterton Mill offers a delicious range of home-cooked lunches and snacks and a chance to view work by local craftspeople. Hayes Barton, the birthplace of Sir Walter Raleigh is also nearby and the historic cathedral city of Exeter is but a short journey away.

Budleigh Salterton is a pretty Edwardian town with red sandstone cliffs and a tranquil beach. East Budleigh is a small village close to Budleigh Salterton where you can stay on holiday and truly experience Devon village life. Enticing green lanes and footpaths radiate from the village, offering delightful countryside and river walks with lovely picnic spots and abundant wildlife.
