Spacious, comfortable house with so many amenities & of course the pool! Great facility & we had lovely sunny weather that made the pool house even more enjoyable. Easy access to A1 & many places of interest.

There are four bedrooms; three king-size doubles and a twin, each with their own en-suite and two of the king-size bedrooms sharing a balcony. The property also consists of two cloakrooms, a kitchen/diner with Smart TV, a sitting room with electric fire and a games room. There is also an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, as well as a large lawned garden with patio area and furniture and a raised decking area, as well as ample off-road parking fro up to five cars. Hedgefield House is a large family-friendly property, ideal for your next Lincolnshire getaway. The swimming pool is heated to 26 -28 degrees which is the standard temperature for any indoor pool, if you wish to make this hotter, this will be at an additional charge, please contact the owners for further details.

Barrowby is a pretty village, situated close to the borders of Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire. Barrowby has good local facilities, with a butchers, post office, village store and a public house. The market town of Grantham is just 1.5 miles away, and was once an old stage coaching route to London, and still boasts several former coaching inns today.
