The cottage was well sized and well equipped for our young family. Owners were very helpful and flexible. It was in an excellent location with easy access to the expressway and attractions. Great views looking over the sea. Very picturesque location. Lovely little touches, breakfast/tea set available on arrival. A wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring North Wales, or for just staying in a cosy cottage. Rooms were well sized. All amenities great.

With its stunning views along the North Wales coast and across the hills to the village of Betws yn Rhos and the beautiful Denbigh Moors, this area of North Wales offers you a choice of ways in which to relax and enjoy your holiday. Enjoy a walk through the country lanes around the cottage, or through the surrounding woodland. Why not try and find your way down to the “tower” and enjoy the stunning views along the coast line. Have breakfast/lunch/dinner on the patio. Relax and enjoy the sound of the early morning birdsong (or in the evening if you are not an early riser !). Watch the sun set over the surrounding hills and fields at the end of the day, or even set your alarm clock for an early morning start and experience a spectacular sunrise. At night time, with clear skies look up and wonder at the stars !! Look out for the bats and listen carefully to hear the Owls !! A short drive from the cottage takes you into the old Market Town of Abergele and Grwych Castle. Recently home to I'm a Celebrity Get me out of Here in 2020 and 2021. Henblas Holiday Cottage is a converted welsh barn built c1860 and located in the hills above the village of Rhyd y Foel, Llanddulas and the old market town of Abergele. Enjoy walking the country lanes around the cottage, stroll through the surrounding woodland, find your way down to the “tower” and take in the stunning views along the coastline. Relax on the patio, enjoy the birdsong and watch the sun dip down over the surrounding hills and fields at the end of the day.
