** No service fees payable** A sleek and modern self contained apartment, located in central Hemel Hempstead. The flat has two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom. (plus sofa bed in lounge) Having an open plan kitchen and living room area leading into a glass fronted balcony with stunning views from the 8th floor. Set-up purely as an Airbnb, this place has everything you could need. The property comes with free WI-FI and is a fantastic home from home.
Very easy going friendly guy, interested in travel, arts, good food and film and of course an Airbnb fanatic (serial Host!). Living/working between St Albans and London, I love travelling and staying in unusual Airbnbs and seeing the world and needless to say hosting guests here in the uk. Feel free to call or message at anytime
Riverside Shopping Centre is a 3 minute walk from the property and offers Debenhams, H&M, Monsoon, Pandora, Pizza Express, Starbucks, T K Maxx and Topshop. Marlowes Shopping Centre is a 10 minute walk and has Burger King, Caffe Nero, JD sports, New Look and River Island. The quaint village of Boxmoor is a 13 minute walk and has many places to eat and drink including restaurants that sit on the River Bulborne. The famous Harry Potter Tour at Warner Brothers Studio situated in Watford is only a 14 minute drive (6.5 miles). “The Snow Centre” offers a real snow ski slope a 5 minute drive (1.4 miles) from the property and is an ideal day out if you have kids.
