Skiing and sailing can also be enjoyed in the local area. There are also 2 swimming pools in the immediate local area. We are located directly above and a 2 minute walk from a challenging, award winning, 9-hole golf course. There are a host of lovely walks to explore from your doorstep. Wander down to the sea shore or into the forest trails and glen above. There are award winning seafood and numerous other restaurants and cafes in the local area for those times when you don't feel like cooking. Explore the history and visit the local castles, monuments and museums. The wildlife is abundant in the glen. We have red deer, roe deer, pine marten, red squirrels, fox, owl, buzzard, eagle, wild cat and badger.
