Hook Farm Cottage is single-storey and consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for six, and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes and one twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, plus off-road parking for one car. Within 0.4 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and within 1.9 miles, a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. One well-behaved pet welcome.
