Come and enjoy a private lounge and double bedroom, both with your own key, just for yourself, in a quiet Smoke and Pet free home, ideal for couples, shared with the host. The property is situated in Kilwinning, by Irvine. With shared use of Wireless Internet, disabled wetroom, toilet, and complete kitchen. The property is 24/7 centrally heated. Regulate your radiator to your needs or access the thermostat in the kitchen and regulate it to your needs as it is not on the timer. You also get free use of Wi-fi internet, a hair dryer, kitchen, fridge space, washer/dryer, Tassimo, Dulce Gusto and Bodum coffee makers. Do take your favourite pads with you as I will not have every type in stock. You get your own space in a larder fridge and also a freezer compartment for your use. The cooker/oven is induction and there is also a toaster, tea kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, wash-dryer, all kitchen utensils, and a disabled wetroom (no bath) with a shower and a toilet. It delights me to accommodate tourists as well as working visitors in my quiet home. I myself am a quiet, country-loving person with a hospitality background who enjoys responding to client needs. This a very quiet and nice neighbourhood, next to the town center and main street. The village has three parks, the nearest is about five minutes walk. There is ample parking in front of the house and a disabled ramp.
It delights me to accommodate tourists as well as working visitors in my quiet home. I myself am a quiet, country-loving person with a hospitality background who enjoys responding to client needs.
