Keith View is located above the newly refurbished village shop and cafe, enjoy open panoramic views over the Lammermuir Hills. Ideal for walking, golfing, fishing, sightseeing in Edinburgh, Scottish Borders and close to beaches. The accommodation comprises large open plan lounge dining and fully fitted kitchen, master bedroom with king which can convert to twin, en-suite shower room, double bedroom, 3rd twin bedroom accessed from the master room, family bathroom with shower. EVCP available.
Manager of the Humbie Hub cafe and Keith View apartment. Living locally in the village with excellent knowledge of the surrounding area. A friendly host to look after you on your vacation in this beautiful countryside. There will be staff on site during the day from 7.30am until 5.30pm to assist our guests in Keith View. Should the guests require any assistance out with these hours, there will be someone available to call.
Humbie, although a small village has a large farming community with a lot of interesting places nearby to visit including our Church and the Humbie woods. There is a local film club in the winter at the Village Hall. The property is located above our village shop and cafe. The shop (open 7 days) is very well stocked with lots of local food produce, homebaking and home made freezer meals and we also have lots of locally made gifts. Our cafe, open Wedneday to Monday, offers breakfast and lunch, coffees and cake, all food is freshly prepared and ingredients are locally sourced where possible. Keith View is situated approx 30 minutes drive from Edinburgh City Centre. There is a service bus every hour on the A68 which is located 2 miles from the village. There is park and ride nearby and also train stations nearby (approx 10 miles)
