Hexham Holiday Homes was established in 2018 after owner, Jordan Dodwell, decided to 'airbnb' his apartment after moving into his partners house. This immediately took off and now there are 10 properties in our portfolio. Some of which are currently under refurbishment prior to going on the market. We plan to keep the business small to ensure we continue to offer a professional & reliable service from a small team. We employ a team of hard working cleaners who maintain Jordans High standards throughout the year. While staying with us you will receive discounts in selected local shops and eateries as well as a vast amount of information about the area. Once you have booked with us you will receive an online information pack which is filled with information on the property & its surroundings. A member of the team (usually Jordan) is always around to assist guests with any help or advice, should they require it, during their stay.

This luxury apartment is located in the west end of Hexham, just a 5 minute walk from town centre which has an abundance of independent shops & restaurants. Recently renovated, specifically for the holiday home market, with real attention to detail to create a classy, modern hub for exploring the area. With a grocery store nearby and local transport links only 10 minutes away on foot, this fully equipped apartment is an ideal base when visiting Hexham using public transport. However, with free on street parking this does not restrict guests who will be arriving in their own vehicles. Head out the door and find the local park only 500m away, perfect for entertaining the kids on a sunny day. Traveling further afield you can find the famous roman forts of Housesteads and Vindolanda only a 20 minute drive away and they are easily accessible on the local bus service. A large walk in shower, luxury mattress’ and bed linen help your body relax after a long day exploring Northumberland. The delegated group chef can cook up a storm in the well resourced kitchen or perhaps you all cosy up in front of the fire enjoying a takeout using one of our discount codes.
