Hiya, we are Esther and René. We are both from the Netherlands and fell in love with Scotland years ago. In June 2020 we moved to Pitlochry to live and run Kinnaird House. We live on the premises so we are here in case you need us and for the rest of the time we give you all the privacy you need. Also we believe in a comfortable and clean stay. Therefore we do everything ourselves. And as pet lovers we love to meet your doggies too!

Kinnaird Country House is located in the very heart of Scotland, close to the picturesque town of Pitlochry in Highland Perthshire. We offer an excellent standard of accommodation, blending the original features of this beautiful Victorian country house with all the facilities expected in a modern property. 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms are provided for your comfort. All bedrooms are beautifully appointed and have central heating and double glazing for your comfort. Beds are comfy and come in double, king and super king sized or singles. Pitlochry is widely known as a holiday destination and the small town is very lively, especially in summer. Due to the wide range of various activities and the many restaurants and terraces, there is something to do for every type of holidaymaker. Kinnaird House is located just outside Pitlochry in the hamlet of Kinnaird, where you will not be bothered by traffic and city noise.
