Just a short drive and you can explore Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park and the South West Coastline. A perfect base for exploring and relaxing, fully equipped with WIFI and smart TV. On the 1st floor and accessed via an outdoor staircase. The apartment is spacious and light with an open plan kitchen and dining room. Enjoy garden views from the rustic dining room table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a bread machine,dishwasher and full sized fridge and freezer. A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided. The large living room has 2 comfortable sofas plus an armchair, and a 50" smart TV. There is a separate work space with swivel office chair. Free high speed Wifi included. The large bedroom has a king-sized bed with ample clothes storage. Bed linen and towels provided. The modern bathroom has a large bath with overhead shower and comes with complimentary mini toiletries. A separate washing machine and tumble dryer is free for your use. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessed via a steep external metal staircase.

The apartment is in easy walking distance to: City Centre and Cathedral - 10 mins Historic quayside - 15 mins RD&E hospital - 5 mins Exeter University (main campus) - 25 mins Southlands is accessed via a long driveway from the main road, making traffic noise minimal. There are some fantastic independent shops and cafes all within 5 minutes walk. 1 minute walk from the apartment is a bus stop which takes you into the city centre where both the bus and train station are. Exeter has electric bike points across the city which is the nicest way to get around as traffic can be bad. The nearest bike point to the apartment is a 5 minute walk.
