Laurel cottage is a peaceful place... an old house made of cobb. I bought the house for its tranquillity. We have apple and palm trees in the back garden. You can hear the birds sing and the river running when the windows are open in the front bedroom. We are a five minute walk away from the centre of Dawlish and the sea.

The river is twenty yards from front garden... beautiful walks along the river and through the park. Situated in quiet part of old Dawlish.
