This spacious house in Grantham is perfect for contractors, business professionals and leisure guests. It is located in the heart of a friendly residential area, with easy access to the A1 and East Coast Mainline. With a relaxing, homely feel, the property offers, comfy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, on-site parking, and free WiFi. Natalie has always had a great interest in property renovating, she enjoys transforming spaces & making them come to life. She is an experienced Interior Designer and has recently founded Laurenta Properties, enabling her to use her design skills and at the same share her passion with others. Natalie loves to host, making sure people are happy in their surroundings and ensuring they have a great stay.
The drive in to Lavender View is through a lovely tree lined road and the house itself is nestled within a friendly, family community. Close by are lots of amenities like KFC, Aldi, and the local chippy.
