With over 1000km of footpaths and bridleways, through oak woodlands, alongside tumbling rivers and across open heather-covered moorland, the variety is endless. Exmoor National Park Centre is just a 3 minute walk from the cottage. If you are seeking a coastal adventure, the seaside town of Minehead is 18 miles away and boasts a stunning sandy beach, a pretty harbour and a lively high street with more shops, restaurants and pubs. The market town of Tiverton is 14 miles away and is home to the Great Western Canal Country Park where you can hire boats and take horse-drawn canal trips. There is also a charming local museum featuring the agricultural home life of Mid-Devon residents over the years.
