Near to a beautiful beach, short walk away. Within short distances for visiting many other places. Cosy and clean. Very nice owners made you feel very welcome, and always there if you needed anything. Well equipped. Quiet, private and relaxed place. Beautiful private garden with sun loungers, watched the bats in the evening, and lots of dragonflies during the day. Shop, pubs and petrol station nearby.

Praa Sands is a small village resting between Helston and Marazion. It houses a mile long sandy beach which is popular for swimming and surfing. Within the village you will also find a Post Office and general stores, beach cafe with fish & chips, and a beach/surf shop. Within the surrounding area you will find Pengersick Castle and the house at Pengersick is rumoured to be the birth place of John Carter.
