This lovely 1 bed end of terrace house is in a cul de sac in a quiet residential estate with parking. The front door opens on to the open plan sitting/dining room with a small galley kitchen separated by an island. Upstairs is a large a double bedroom & family bathroom. With friendly neighbours, shops and facilities are nearby. Spotlessly clean, and with all the essentials, you will find comfortable beds, lashings of hot water, whizzy wifi and a well-equipped kitchen. Fido and Felix are welcome!

Situated a little over 20 miles from central London in north-central Surrey, present-day Woking has a largely contemporary feel. It lies on the doorstep of charming villages full of cosy pubs, adorable cottages and the beautiful Surrey Hills, yet still offers speedy links to London and nearby Guildford for commuters. South Western Railway gets you to London Waterloo in just under half an hour and it is a zippy 7 minutes to Guildford. Neatly placed with road access to the M25, M3, and A3 and Heathrow Airport can be reached in around fifty minutes via bus and train services, with a similar journey time to Gatwick Airport.
