All on one level, Little Waycroft is situated in a peaceful, rural location between the popular seaside resort of Dawlish and the village of Starcross, just thirty minute's drive from Exeter. This villa style property is incredibly spacious both inside and out, sharing two acres of grounds with the friendly owners. Inside, the enormous kitchen has a table, chairs and comfy sofa. From the adjacent lounge, sliding doors open onto a private, decked terrace - south facing, not overlooked, with wonderful views, this is an ideal spot to dine outdoors or enjoy the sun. Note: Reduced rent available during the school summer holidays. A 3ft single bed can be made available if separate beds are required (by prior arrangement with the owner). Note: For any holiday starting between 16th September and 27th May, a heating supplement of 20.00 will be added to the cost of your holiday.

Dawlish Warren has shops, a golf course and a nature reserve. The beach is Blue Flag backed by dunes and lakes, stretching for miles to the Exe Estuary in one direction and Dawlish town in the other. Dawlish Warren has a railway station on the Exeter-Newton Abbot line, one of the most scenic railway journeys in the country.
