Introducing The Little Welsh Hideaway. Located at the gateway to Wales, this charming, non smoking, fully furnished 2 bedroomed town house is perfect for weekends, mid week visits, business or longer stays to enjoy the wonderful surroundings. Situated 5 minutes from the main commute of the A55 accessing North Wales. Manchester 50 miles, Chester 12 miles, Snowdon 60 miles, Liverpool 20 miles. This newly built, tastefully decorated, holiday home is a perfect retreat for couples wanting a tranquil getaway. Self check-in is available at this property which offers 2 bedrooms, and sleeps up to 4 (one double bed, one single bed and a single chair sofa bed). The master bedroom has an ensuite, a luxury double bed, along with a 40” flat screen ROKU TV. There is also a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The modern family bathroom has a bath, sink and WC. The second bedroom has a luxury single bed, and a single chair/pullout sofa bed, along with a dressing table which could be used as a designated workspace. Hairdryer, towels and bed linen are provided. Free WiFi is included. There is a living room with comfortable corner settee and swivel/cuddle chair. Board games, puzzles and books are provided along with a radio/CD player and 50” flatscreen ROKU TV. Downstairs WC. The fully equipped kitchen comes with oven, gas hob, microwave, air-fryer, toaster and kettle, crockery, glasses and cutlery. Washing machine, slimline dishwasher and fridge freezer along with table and chairs for dining. Outside to the back there is a fully enclosed pretty garden with seating areas and firepit. To the front there is parking for two cars, a ring doorbell with video for your convenience and safety, along with a bench to watch the sunset over the Welsh mountains.
