We use environmentally friendly and energy efficient products and refill cleaning materials to try and reduce packaging waste and harm to the planet. We also often up-cycle art and decoration items which we find our guests love as it also creates a unique and snazzy look.

We’ve prepared this two-storey home with TLC to sleep up to 6 guests across 4 comfy bedrooms (1 downstairs and 3 upstairs), with everything in place so you can quickly settle in. BEDROOMS: 4 modern and relaxing bedrooms to get a great night's rest. Bedroom 1 is downstairs, offers a comfy double bed and hanging racks & bed side tables. Bedroom 2 is the largest of the rooms located upstairs and is furnished with a comfy double bed, with own work station, couch and spacious hanging racks on the wall. Bedroom 3 also upstairs with a comfy single bed, bedside table and hanging racks. Bedroom 4 also upstairs with a comfy single bed, spacious hanging racks on wall and bed side drawers. BATHROOM: Modern 3-piece suite. Located upstairs, with an refreshing shower over bath. KITCHEN: Perfect blend of comfort and convenience, fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. Includes electric ceramic hob, fan assisted oven & grill, microwave, fridge/freezer & washing machine. Also has a kettle, toaster, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils as well glasses and cups. Tea, coffee and sugar provided so you can make a brew and settle in. LIVING ROOM / DINING AREA: A nice relaxing space with 2 big comfy sofas combined with a nice dining table. Smart TV in between so you can stream your favourite shows. Feel free to log in to your own streaming services, just remember to log out when you leave. PATIO AREA: A private patio area for your use. PARKING: Free off-street parking in front and near the house. PETS: Want to bring your dog with you? Chargeable Pet Stay option available on request. STAIRS: This home has stairs leading to 3 upstairs bedrooms and bathroom so may not be suitable for people with mobility issue. WIFI: Ultrafast WiFi - Stream your favourite shows, surf the net, catch up on your socials or crack on with your work or online meeting.

Located on the outskirts of Preston centre, just 5-6 minutes away, gives the benefit of being close enough to the city but not right in the hustle and bustle. It's a calm, friendly road with plenty of free street parking available in front of the house. Nearby is a good choice of take-aways, a local convenience shop and local pubs. You're also within easy reach to the Docklands, University, Hospital, BAE Systems, Retail parks, Preston North End FC, & the M6 /M65 Motorways.
