I've been hosting for a number of years, and take pride in making sure my guests have a quiet and enjoyable experience.

Property information

The property was designed in 1889 by eminent Hove architect and builder John T. Chappell. It has many historical features left within the property including coving, feature fire places, stain glass windows and parquet flooring. It has a large garden with seating and bbq, a spacious living room area and three generous bedrooms (two being ensuite). The beach is only across the road, and it's ideally suited for staying in Brighton & Hove.

Neighbourhood information

A quiet residential property located Adjacent to the to the iconic Hove Lawns and Hove Seafront, we are in an ideal location to access all of Brighton & Hove local actions. Hove seafront begins at Hove Lawns and stretches right along to Hove Lagoon, near Portslade. There is a stunning walk along the seafront, especially just as the sun rises or sets, from the West Pier onwards. Hove Lawns provides a green space right next to the sea for families, friends and all to enjoy. There is a large pedestrian walkway which runs all the way towards Brighton Marina. For the other popular location sites, it is a 15 minutes’ walk to the i360, Upside Down House and West Pier and 30 minutes to Brighton Pier, Church Square shopping centre and The Lanes. Alternatively, these can all be easily reached using the local Buses or BTN Bike Hire Scheme. Brighton is very popular for local events, Half Marathons, London to Brighton Charity Cycles and it’s multitude of night venue and music events.
