An elegant newly converted barn located on the edge of The Rudding Park Estate. The property is perfectly situated 3 miles from the centre of the spa town of Harrogate and within walking distance to The Great Yorkshire Showground and Rudding Hotel & Spa. The barn provides luxurious sleeping accommodation with extended sitting area, en-suite wet room and separate fully equipped kitchen along with shared garden which has far reaching views of Rudding Golf Course.
I live and work in Harrogate and own a milliners in town. I have tried to create a luxury get away in our unique barn conversion, keeping all the original features and quirks, along with home from home comforts. We love welcoming guests and always try to ensure they have a perfect stay.
Small Hamlet of converted barns. extremely peaceful and surrounded by nature but within walking distance to Rudding Park and just a mile to the The Great Yorkshire Showground and the famous local farm shop and café, Fodder. - Well worth a visit! A car is recommended but taxis, trains and bus's are located nearby. Situated close to the A1 giving easy access to Bradford, Leeds and York. The Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire Moors are on the doorstep and many Abbey's, Castles and Historical buildings are within easy reach as well as beautiful countryside which is perfect for exploring for those keen walkers or cyclists. By Bus A 3 minute walk to the bus stop on Rudding lane where buses go to Harrogate, Ripon, wetherby and Leeds. By Train Harrogate Railway Station is within 3 miles, whilst Pannal Railway Station is only 2.5 miles away and can be reached in just over 5 minutes by road. By Air Leeds Bradford Airport is a 30 minute drive away.
