Tegannedd, a luxury, recently refurbished Grade II listed cottage with hot tub, is located in Llan Ffestiniog and within the boundary of Snowdonia National Park. The property has fantastic mountain views from both the front and rear garden. This holiday home sleeps six guests and includes three upstairs bedrooms; one with a king bed, one a double bed and one with two single beds that can be made into a queen bed. The modern upstairs bathroom, with toilet and wash basin, has both a bath and walk in shower. The large modern kitchen/diner is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and utensils and includes a dishwasher, oven, hob, tall fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a utility room which is ideal for drying clothes. The dining area has an extendable table and a log burning stove. The comfy living room has a large flat-screen TV and a chest full of games. The property has free WiFi. Tegannedd is situated in an ideal area if you want mountains or sea. Snowden and the Snowden Mountain Railway is only about twenty miles away and the sea at Porthmadog or Portmeirion is only eight miles. If you want history there are Norman castles at Harlech, Criccieth, Caernarfon, Beaumaris and Conwy, all within a thirty-mile radius and of course there are three zip wire attractions close by, the closest is underground and only four miles away. The house is ideally situated for walkers: From the house is Ceunant Cynfal, a beautiful glen covered in ferns and mosses with many water falls. The new Welsh Slate Trail passes the front door.
