The property was of a high standard with great facilities. It was clean and modern, had TVs with Netflix in the lounge and bedrooms and extremely fast broadband included. There was even everything to make tea and coffee when we arrived. We were only there for a couple of nights but we wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. It was in a great location, opposite a park which was handy for walking the dog, close to a co-op and a short drive from the bridge and other Iron Bridge attractions. There were also several pubs within walking distance, 2 of which we were able to enjoy. The owner even texted us to make sure everything was ok for us.

A spacious house situated in the heart of Ironbridge, offering guests an ideal place to stay and explore all Ironbridge and Shropshire has to offer. Smart TV's, modern kitchen appliances, comfortable sofas, king-sized beds, outdoor dining space, plus free private parking make the property a great base for families and groups visiting the area! We are Pet Friendly! Please contact us directly for confirmation of the small charge. No. 3 The School Path is set in the heart of Ironbridge, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With three bedrooms and a rear terrace offering a relaxing home-from-home in a stunning location. A hallway, shower room, kitchen and a large lounge/diner with doors opening to the terrace are on the ground floor with twin bedroom plus two king bedrooms and family bathroom to the first floor. Allocated parking for one car on the private car park, additional car parking is available on the public car park opposite. Access to the childrens play area plus green space perfect for dog walking is opposite the property at Dale End Park. A Co-op is also a 2 minute walk from the property.

Neighborhood info

Ironbridge is a world-famous UNESCO heritage site. Featuring a wonderful range of independent restaurants, takeouts and cafes, as well as a host of renowned museums and activity centres. The area itself is relatively quiet, however, on peak summer days you may want to make restaurant reservations ahead of time. Ironbridge itself is a delight to visit but also easily accessible within a half an hour drive are the historic towns of Shrewsbury, Much Wenlock, Bridgnorth and Ludlow. The nearby Blists Hill Victorian Town is also a special place to visit and the River Severn offers many activities along its route. Telford town centre, around a 15 minute drive, offers a shopping mall, many restaurants, two cinemas, bowling, ice skating, and an award winning park which includes adventure golf, sky reach ropes, and fishing. Shropshire offers innumerable outdoor activities including golf, horse-riding, water sports and bicycle tracks. It is a truly special walkers’ paradise.
