The Guest Suite (listed under the Apartment category on the website) forms part of our Georgian home in vibrant Falmouth. You will have sole use of the ground floor including two king-sized bedrooms and a large bathroom which has a shower over the bath. Complimentary tea, coffee and croissants are provided. You will be within walking distance of independent shops, local pubs, cocktail bars and restaurants. Gyllyngvase and Swanpool beaches and the coastal path are all close by. Guests can indulge in Holistic Therapies including aromatherapy massage, Reiki and facials with Leonie your host. Neil and Leonie live as your hosts in a separate part of the property and offer you complete privacy. Likewise your hosts are on hand to provide any information and help if needed. Please not that there are two very friendly dogs who you may meet. Therefore if you have a fear of dogs or an allergy the accommodation may not be best suited to your needs. Same sex groups please enquire first BEFORE booking.

Leonie and Neil your hosts live on a separate floor of the property and are already Superhosts for Airbnb having gained a 5 star rating for the Guest Suite accommodation. Leonie and Neil provide total privacy to guests but equally are on hand if required. The two other members of the family who you may meet are called Lolita and Annie. They are extremely friendly rescue dogs.

The accommodation is set in a residential area with a mix of families, couples and students. The area is welcoming and friendly. Parking in the immediate area is free on-street. There is a local convenience shop 2-3 mins walk. We do not accept hen or stag parties. The emphasis here is firmly on peace, relaxation and fun with upmost respect to our fantastic and supportive neighbours.
