The reception, I received warm welcome on arrival, Maryann is so lovely, very friendly and polite thank the settings are exceptional , everything and everywhere clean and tidy ; from the entrance to the room/ kitchen/ toilet/ corridor are all well organised and .clean.

Newly renovated terrace house, central heating, double room with king size bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers. television and tea/coffee making facilities, Bathroom: shower, bath, WC and sink. Newly fitted kitchen with appliances, pots/pans and tableware. Lounge with sofa, armchairs, and TV. Parking outside. Numerous eateries: restaurants, sit-in/take -aways, chip shop, off-licence, grocery shop etc. Accommodation is 5 minutes drive to Town centre; easy access to Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield. Manchester, Sheffield, Roachdale and London. Place of interest: Greenhead Park, Beaumont Park, The Toulson Museum and man.y more.
