Adam is an outstanding host and is very responsive with any queries sent his way. The location is very scenic, I would definitely recommend Mattie's loft to anyone intending to bring a dog, as the surrounding areas make for some lovely walks. The accommodation was clean and furnished with everything required. I will definitely be coming back.

Coldharbour Farm nestles on the southern edge of the Greensand Ridge, in a tranquil and peaceful setting, with far reaching southerly views, on the outskirts of the historic village of Bletchingley. Mattie's Loft features a double ensuite bedroom with Smart TV, plus a kitchen with Nespresso machine, fridge, microwave/combi oven, hob and dishwasher. It has its own private garden with wood fired hot tub (it takes 2-3hrs to fully heat the hot tub, with a properly/regularly maintained fire, all materials required are provided, 2nd day only 1hr of heating) and shared use of the filtered, spring fed, 30m x 8m natural swimming lake. Any dog likely to enter the water MUST be kept on a lead at all times (available from April - September inclusive) There's an interconnecting door with Jossie's Snug for larger groups.
I converted the barn in 2012 as our family home, and enjoyed many happy years watching my girls grow up. I recently decided to convert half of the barn, as we no longer require all the space, into two guest house suites, so others can enjoy our unique setting in an area of AONL. I enjoy racket sports, mountain biking and walking, and am happy to provide walking/biking routes upon request, taking in the local gastro pubs and places of interest.
Coldharbour farm is roughly 15mins walking distance from Bletchingley village centre, which boasts 3 x gastro pubs, a coffee shop, a village store, a golf club and a few independent stores. Godstone is 30mins walk with similar facilities. Redhill/Reigate and Oxted are both 15mins drive or 20mins by bus from Bletchingley centre. They both have great bars, restaurants, cinemas, high street stores and small independents. Central London is 35 mins by train from either Oxted or Redhill. Gatwick is 25 mins by car. Brighton is 1 hour by car. Other local attractions include, Godstone farm, Hever Castle, Polesden Lacey, and Emmetts Garden.
