- Right next to Goodmayes train station, very very easy to get into/out of Central London - Okay place to stay if you need to be in the Ilford area - It’s a no frills place with a little more character than booking into the local travelodge - Reception staff was friendly and helpful - Easy to get Ubers in the area - Nothing particularly special about the property, I just needed a place to stay in for the night. Nonetheless, I would come back if I was in the area again.

Cheap, clean, close to London. Wifi and shower both worked. Desk in room. Price included breakfast .... which was an absolute bargain at about £26 a night ! It is cereal - delivered to your room, but grab a piece of fruit from supermarket up the road, have a cup of tea ... and makes a decent breakfast. Cereal options are cornflakes or wheetbix. Fab Turkish restaurant up the road ... but you will need to book - really, really busy ! (Sultan).

Stayed here for 7 days during New Years period. The room was quite old school, couch and curtains were already worn out. Breakfast always the same everyday. The people were great tho, very accommodating and friendly. Location really near newbury park tube station but from there it can take 30 mins to central London. If you take an Uber from central London to this hotel, it’ll cost around 50£.

Me & my partner and the kids always come to this hotel many reasons because of work and because of every month we get some of our time as a lil family or if we're going out and can't be ask to go to far home the staff are very welcoming to the amazing cook for breakfast time close to the station and shops & food shops :) We love coming here particularly .

We booked this hotel due to attending a wedding. We were 3 couples and all together we were 12 people. Very good location of the hotel for a good price. There is parking available but you can't reserve it. The breakfast was superb, only the staff serving us could not handle a big family like us. She was just not humorous, but I still thanked her for the amazing service.

The hotel was very close to Ilford station, I had a nice big room, in the morning I received my breakfast package, it was very enough (bread, butter, cheese, honey, eggs, tea, etc). There was a lift in the hotel, so it was easy to go up to the room. Nice, big, clean room with bathroom, towel, shower gel, hair dryer, etc. Comfortable bed with TV in the room. Helpful staff

The accommodation is very central for travel and shopping/ food. The apartments are clean, comfortable and exceptional value. The staff are amazing- friendly, polite and very helpful. Special thanks to Victoria, Sebastian and Shaz who always had a smile and cheery greeting. The views of Ilford and London skyline are fantastic from the terrace. 😃

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My room was small but ok The hotel is in a quiet area and a 10 minutes walk from the main line station to London. It has air conditioning.

The atmosphere and the neatness of the room. The security arrangements of the hotel is also commendable

Very convenient location - A short Hotelhoppa ride away and very close to public transportation.

Near Ilford station

Well located close proximity to restaurants, shopping malls and a minute away from Ilford station and Bus services are also few steps a way from the hotel generally speaking is well located
