## The space Our home is newly furnished with all the home comforts you would expect. The space is a great place for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. The master bedroom is bright and airy and furnished to a high standard and has ample storage space. The second bedroom has a comfortable single bed and storage space. The flat is professionally cleaned before every visit and our cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival. There is a large kitchen dining room and open plan living area with brand new modern appliances. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, flat screen TV, wifi and large comfortable corner sofa. There are French doors in the living area. The bathroom has a minimalistic feel with a large glass shower cubicle and a wall to wall mirror.We supply hand soap, shower gel and shampoo and conditioner for our guests. ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. ## Guest interaction We will be contactable by phone or email during your stay.

## The neighborhood We are located just at the top of Leith Walk and are surrounded by an abundance of local cafe’s, shops and restaurants. The flat is also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. We are less than 10 minutes from Princess Street, Edinburgh's main shopping street. Edinburgh Waverly train station is also less than a 10 minute walk. ## Getting around There are great public transport links at the end of our street. There are several busses that travel to different areas of Edinburgh. The airport tram is a 7 minute walk away on York Place. Waverly Station is also a 10 minute walk from the property. BUSES: Lothian Buses is the main bus operator here in Edinburgh. They offer a great free app that provides route maps, fare information and live bus times. It is a great tool for getting around the city.
