With a courtyard garden and situated less than half a mile from shops, pubs and restaurants, this pleasant holiday apartment is perfect for couples and those looking to bring their pets too. The open plan living/dining room, separate kitchen and kingsize master bedroom gives the apartment a spacious feel. The living/dining area benefits from good quality furnishings and has ample seating to relax and watch TV, or sit at the dining table and enjoy a romantic meal in.
Coastal property 3 minute walk to the town centre 5 minute walk to the habour Fishing nearby Lovely walks nearby Beaches nearby The town, harbour and beaches are all in walking distance. The ferry is available (depending on season and weather) for trips to Torquay, Paignton and Dartmouth. Also, there is an excellent bus services available which covers Torbay and South Hams.
