We had the wing mirror casing stolen from the car but the lady on reception did fully check CCTV for us and did all she could for us.
The room was clean and spacious.

Overall stay was good, location was not so great and getting to and from due to heavy congestion and traffic was frustratingly difficult, also housekeeping failed to meet average standards for this type of hotel.

Picked for the location, room was fine, albeit the carpet needs a bloody good clean. Food in the restaurant in the evening was overpriced, breakfast was OK, the hot selection was good, the continental meats etc weren't fresh. The pool is filthy, needs a really good scrub. Had to ask 3 times for bathrobes, eventually gave up and stayed at reception until thry brought them to us. Was supposedly "upgraded" on arrival, this was to a room directly above a function room hosting a wedding - typing this review at 23.45 and rhe music is still pumping! Given the size of the hotel, I dont understand why anyone would have been roomed so close to a party room with a booking.
Despite the cost of the room, we were also charged parking and the use of the pool facilities, never had that at a venue before.

House is the same as in pictures , clean and quiet area . The room is spacious and has4 toilet.the blankets and sheets are clean , even the hand soap and towels are available. The owner is responsible and reply within a couple of minutes. The back yard also big , there are parking. It's walking distance to downtown where groceries and other stores are available. I highly recommend this house for family or group .
Kevin, the bar manager, receptionist and everything else, was so helpful and friendly. We had dinner there which was great, huge hamburger and lovely chips. The bar area is fascinating, really good recreation of the old coaching Inn that the hotel once was.
Room spotlessly clean with a lovely bath. I left a shawl in my room and this was found and kept safe for me to collect.
Only hotel in central Dartford.
The hotel staff were extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. We did not like the room we were initially allocated due to it being above the kitchen and noisy. Not only did they change our room but they happily upgraded us to a suite FOC. Excellent customer service. We also booked a spa day. The treatments were amazing and the food was fabulous. Hotel was very clean.
The host was very communicative and helpful when we had requests and questions. He really went the extra mile for us. The flat was very comfortable, well-decorated and clean, and suited our little family well. The property is close to Dartford Station which was very convenient for getting to London for days out. Overall, we had a fantastic experience staying there!
Super stay. Wonderful friendly hosts. Its 20 minutes walk from Dartford station with easy connections to Elizabeth Line. Exceptional value for money. I wanted for nothing. List of all the local eateries supplied with a map. Highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the amazing cooked breakfast. Set me up for the day.
Well presented, well equipt property in a quiet area, ample parking in an ideal location close to the dartford crossing. Few amenities close by, everything you need within driving distance.
I would definitely look to see if this property is available again when in the area. I would highly recommend
What Breakfast? There was NO BREAKFAST and No Dining Room or alternative where Breakfast was available. When I enquired about Breakfast, I was told That I nwould have to go either into the centre of Dartford or into Longfield to see if there were any Cafe's providing breakfast
Very convenient location just on the pedestrian zone. Walking distance to the railway station from where there are frequent connections to downtown London. Excellent English breakfast in the morning, tasty pub food in the evening.
Nicely clean. Room a good size.
Car park had plenty of space and well lit, also close to reception.
Friendly helpful staff
Close to Dartford Tunnel, easy access from motorway, though no traffic noise noted in the rooms
This is a lovely hotel and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I had 2 bookings which made things a bit confusing but the team sorted it out without any fuss, would definitely stay again if I am in the area.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean. The location is good within close proximity to places like the train station in Dartford, shopping malls, street market, and restaurants.
Hotel room was very nice and comfortable. English breakfast was nice and tasty. We travelled for morning ferry to Dover and hotel´s location was good for avoiding morning traffic jam around London.
Loved the cleanliness of the place, as well as the ease of communication with the host. Decent value for money, great location and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Dartford!
