    Lovely place hidden away, it was extremely clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. there is even a nice cafe opposite. Also despite being in a shared place with the pub next door it was very quiet. I would recommend staying here.

    Beautiful apartment, pristine bathroom and a very comfortable bed. A stone's throw to the local pub, and a brilliant Chinese takeaway 2 minutes walk away.

We are a family business Inspire Holiday Homes in Southam. We operate a number of holiday lets in the local area and live locally ourselves. These holiday lets cater for both holiday makers, guests travelling on business and contractors. A 1-bedroom apartment centrally located in the small but lovely village of Stockton. Ideal for business travelers, contractors, holiday makers or visiting friends & family. Sleeps up to 4 guests with one king-size bed, sofa bed and a bathroom. Also perfectly placed for contractors working on HS2.

Neighbourhood information

Stockton is a lovely little village just a few minutes from the market town of Southam and close to Rugby and Leamington Spa. The village has every amenity you need, including a shop, take away, cafe and a friendly pub for a bite to eat. There is lots to do in the area; just ask for a list of local attractions! This 1 bedroom apartment, is just a 2-minute walk to the high street with the village shop, takeaway & pub. A 16-minute drive from Junct 12 M40 at Gaydon & Jaguar Landrover head office. 10 minutes to the HS2 compound at Long Itchington, and 6 minutes to the HS2 compound at Ladbroke. Leamington train station is 20 minutes away, and Rugby train station is 24 minutes. Alternatively, 42 minutes will take you to Birmingham, with its NEC and airport.
