Gas central heating (underfloor in kitchen), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Patio with sitting-out area. Private parking for 1 car; additional on-road parking (free). 1 well behaved dog welcome. No smoking. . Nightingale House is a beautiful three-bedroom period property set within a conservation area in the heart of Ottery St Mary. This holiday home was once part of the old hospital and forms part of a unique development of converted buildings down a quiet cobbled lane close by to the church. Upon entering the property, you will be welcomed into the open plan living and dining area which feels bright and spacious, and you can wind down and watch a film here after a busy day exploring the coastline. The living area has a Smart TV with an Amazon firestick, plenty of comfortable seating and a door leading to the south facing patio area at the front of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Smeg gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and underfloor heating. Head upstairs to discover the three cosy bedrooms; a single room, king-size room and the third has a zip and link super king-size bed which can be setup with twin beds if requested. The family bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower cubicle, toilet and sink, offering the choice of a refreshing shower or a relaxing soak after a busy day exploring Devon.
