No.15 St James's Townhouse is a gorgeous and cosy property located in the very centre of Bath. It has been refurbished with quality fittings, and a beautiful interior design that creates a boutique hotel style and feel. The house is stylishly decorated throughout and sleeps up to 14 guests across five decorated bedrooms, each guest will have their own single bed. Four of these bedrooms have two twin beds that can be zipped together. The fifth bedroom features four adult sized, spacious bunk beds, each with their own curtain. All bedrooms include a TV with Netflix and Freeview, plus hairdryers and mirrors so your group can glam or suit up for a big night out. You'll have access to 3 deluxe bathrooms including a master bathroom with a large bath and shower, and two additional bathrooms on the top floor. The living room has been designed as a social hub for guests to relax and have a little fun. Featuring designer furniture, cosy sofas, and bright decor. The modern and contemporary kitchen features stunning granite worktops, a stainless steel cooker and oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, a wine cooler, and all the pots, pans and cutlery you would need to serve up a meal. We welcome all groups including friends and families, celebrations, corporate groups, and well behaved stag and hens that want a central base to explore the city. Please note that we require a security deposit one week prior to your arrival.

The house is located in central Bath so everything is very close by that you may need. You have an M&S, Sainsburys and Tesco all within minutes walk. There is pound shop and every high street retail shop! It's best to book ahead for nearby restaurants with your big group. Bath is easy to get around and most things are within walking distance. There are plenty of buses, Ubers, taxis, and train station all minutes from the apartment. On your doorstep and a couple of minutes walk away you can find all of the most popular shopping areas, bars, cafes, restaurants, theatres and cinemas, and even Bath's iconic Thermae Spa. If you're travelling via Bath Spa Station, you have a ten minute walk or very short cab journey to the house. We also have a large public car park 100m away from the house for anyone driving to the city.
