Rose Cottage is a cosy fisherman's cottage in the heart of Topsham. This lovely cottage has a stylish kitchen, sitting / dining area and a bathroom on the ground floor. The stunning west facing garden, features a cob wall, which is a protected habitat for the Hairy footed bees! First Floor - 2 x Twin Bedroom (Please note the beds are a UK standard length but narrower than a UK standard bed at 75cm, this is due to the space available in the bedrooms). Parking - Paid on street parking available near by or FREE after 5pm to 9am. The property includes: Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Iron and ironing board , Bath with shower over and a TV. We provide complimentary items to help you get set up for your stay such as tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, hand wash, 2 x toilet rolls, a few dishwasher tables and bin liners. Fresh, clean linen is provided with one towel per person. Bus Stop - (outside property) to Exeter (8 mins) and also to Exmouth beach (30 mins) . Topsham train station in Topsham can take you into Exeter (10 mins). Chiefs Rugby – 10 mins taxi . Topsham has loads of lovely pubs and restaurants. *Well behaved PETS are welcome upon request. Our pet fee is GBP 50.00 to cover general wear and tear and extra cleaning. This does not cover the cost of damage caused by your pet - please contact us with details of any pets before arrival. A separate invoice can be raised for any extra charges, kindly forward an email address for details. * Please note, this is a 2 bedroom cottage perfect for 4 people. The sitting/dining area includes a sofa bed for extra guests. *Extra guests GBP 20.00 per person/per night. Access is via a KEY CODE LOCK BOX - located by the front door. The ACCESS CODE is issued by email 2 HOURS prior to your agreed check-in time. Guests have access to the whole house. The garden shed is locked for the owner's use.
