Situated in the established development of Newport City Centre, within close distance of local amenities, facilities and transport links. Close proximity to M4 corridor. Newport is ideally situated just 12 miles west of the capital city Cardiff. There is also a large NCP carpark directly opposite property. Walking distance the popular Friars Walk which has a mixture of shops, bars and restaurants
