Really well equipped room . Comfortable bed, excellent shower and access to the guest lounge made our stay very enjoyable As food venue was restricted in the village in the night, owner made us a lovely fish pie which we were able to hear up in the microwave.

A quaint village close to Totnes with easy car access to Dartmouth and Salcombe. Lanes leading to it are narrow but one way traffic in and out. It has a pub should you not want to travel far for evening meal.

Harberton is small but has character made not only by the location and layout but by the very friendly people. It isn't a place for those looking for entertainment but if you want to relax then just perfect and convenient for site seeing The Hams and South Devon.

Harberton is a really charming village in rural South Devon.
Harberton is a really charming village in rural South Devon. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and the village itself is super-quiet. Great 13th Century pub. Plently of walks and nearby places to visit.
The location was beautiful. The host greeted us on arrival and was fantastic, giving advice on places to eat and visit. The breakfast was on another level, superb. The bed was super comfy, lovely touches such as tea and coffee facilities, biscuits, mint and water in the room.listening to the church clock was lovely. Can't thank Francesca and the lovely Bella enough for a memorable stay.
Everything about Church Barn was excellent. Francesca makes you feel welcome from the moment you step into the cottage to the moment you leave. Impeccably clean and an absolutely fantastic location.
The village is beautiful and the people are very friendly.
Breakfast is perfect with absolutely top sausages.
The bed was very comfortable.
We had a wonderful stay at Church Barn. The location is great as it’s really easy to get to lots of places eg Totnes, the coast and Dartmoor but is quiet and peaceful in a beautiful village. The room is lovely and really comfortable and Francesca is an excellent host - the breakfast was excellent! I would highly recommend staying here.
The beauty of the village setting was fully matched by Church Barn itself and the spacious, well-appointed and comfortable bedroom in particular. In the owner, Francesca, I hope we have made a friend for life as, without a trace of formality, she was the perfect warmly welcoming hostess.
Beautiful house, warm welcome, gorgeous spacious bedroom with comfy bed, kind and thoughtful hostess, charming and adorable dog (Bella), delicious breakfast. Also only 100 yards from great pub with excellent food!
The room was homely and very comfortable. Francesca's added little extras made our stay even more special. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection. Very peaceful location, with a great local pub.
Lovely large luxurious room in converted barn with private bathroom in peaceful location. Excellent amenable host and very good breakfast. Short walk to village pub.
