We have pleasure in offering this 2 bedroom apartment with beautiful sea views of south Cornwall. and 1 bedroom luxury studio apartment which is at the back of the property, which has a communal garden at the front of the property, which enjoys views of the Sea, beach, St Georges island. The property is accessed through the front door into a long light airy hall, the 1st door off the hall on your right-hand side, leads to a spacious king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which has an over bath shower, the bedroom also enjoys its own tv. Further along the hall is hanging space for coats and shoes, also with a separate cloakroom and broom cupboard. The back bedroom enjoys a beach and sea views from the large side window, with a super king bed, which can be separated into 2 single beds, it has its own spacious en-suite shower room and smart TV. The main living area enjoys an open planned fully fitted large kitchen, with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Gas hob and electric oven a microwave, off the kitchen you have a large dining room which includes an 8 seated dining table a large sofa overlooking stunning sea views, with sliding doors to a large balcony ...
A stones throws away from the beach, in the valley of Millendreath Looe, from beach, in the valley of Millendreath, which has a seasonal bar, bistro and also a large selection of water sports for hire, within 5 minutes drive of the beautiful fishing village of Looe, 10 minutes from Polperro, 10 minutes from Seaton and Downderry, all with beautiful beaches, pubs and rest. If you love walking there are many coastal paths within easy access of the property, approximately 25 minutes from Looe,
