Onedin House is a beautifully presented late Victorian property, located only five minutes from Dartmouth’s town centre and boasting stunning views across the River Dart to Kingswear. The property is situated towards the bottom of Crowthers Hill, (which is a steep hill) and is only a 5 minute walk from the town centre. Crowthers Hill is also narrow in note for 2023 week commencing 20th May there is the Dart Music Festival on in property is set on four - No parking at the property - parking permit supplied (car park is approximately 7-10 minute walk from the property). Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon.
