The location was perfect for us as we were visiting Blenhiem Palace. Also ideal for Bicester Village, only 20 minute drive. Host is super helpful. Accommodation is clean, comfortable and has private parking. I would definitely stay again.

Oxfordshire Living provides short term accommodation as an alternative to a hotel. Ideal for all guests visiting for holiday, work or study. Whether you will be staying for 1 night or 3 months we will ensure our guests feel at home. Our aim is to create beautiful properties and allow guests to relax and feel part of the city of Oxford and surrounding areas such as Woodstock. A great deal of thought has gone into every aspect of our properties, the service we deliver and the little added extras. Vanessa here from Oxfordshire Living, myself along with our team of amazing housekeepers and in house maintenance take care off all our properties and guests. I have lived in Oxford for the last 10 years and absolutely love the city & everything it has to offer! I have tried and tested many restaurants & bars so I can give advice on where to go, whether you are here for a holiday, celebrating an occasion, working or studying. I give my guests space to enjoy their stay but I am on hand if the need arises. Oxfordshire Living - The Sunderland Apartment Stay like a local & experience Bladon and Woodstock from this fantastic one bedroom ground floor apartment with parking. Located in the centre of Bladon; just a 2 minute walk from one of the many gates into Blenheim Palace Park making it the perfect location when visiting Blenheim Palace and Events. Also ideally located for guests looking to visit the Cotswolds, the city of Oxford & Oxford Airport, Weddings in the local area & Soho Farmhouse (20min) The stylish Cotswold inspired apartment is ideal for a couple or solo traveller looking to explore the local area. The bedroom has a Super King size bed and built in wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower over bath. The open plan living-dining room is the perfect space to chill out after a day exploring or working. The dining table sits 4 people. The living area has a Smart TV from which guests are able to access Netflix & Youtube etc The kitchen if fully equipped and also has a Nespresso Coffee Machine. There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The apartment is spacious and light throughout. There is a courtyard area for guest use, we provide a bistro table and chairs. Parking - there is parking for one car at the rear of the property. There are also Visitor spaces. The property is ideal for those using the Oxford London Airport for training or flights.

Woodstock is home to Blenheim Palace, an UNESCO World Heritage site, is just 5 minutes walk from your front door. Every year there are a wealth of events taking place including, Salon Privé, International Horse Trials, Nocturne Live, Blenheim Place Triathlon, Battle of the Proms Concert, Giffords Circus, Food Festivals, Christmas Fair & Illuminated Light trail and much more. The apartment is the perfect base for those working and attending the events. London Oxford Airport is just a 10 minute drive from the apartment. For those taking courses, working or travelling to and from the airport will find the apartment the perfect base whilst being close to amenities, eateries and fantastic bus routes. The Cotswolds is also on our doorstep. Take a tour out to the beautiful towns and villages, including Burford, Stow on the Wold, Chipping Camden, Broadway and many more.
