We only had a flying visit and returned to the room in the evening and out before breakfast but Liz was very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. Big clean bathroom and comfy bed!

The convenient location and good transport links also make the guesthouse a good base for visiting historic Northumbria and all areas of Newcastle and Tyne and Wear. Established for 30 years, the Park Lodge continues to provide quality service at good value rates. All of the rooms have Freeview TV's, hairdryers and hot drink facilities. The bathrooms all have wet room style power showers.
