With Theatre Severn and The Quarry only a short walk away. The apartment is located on the first floor, with a spacious open plan living, dining, and kitchen area that gives the apartment a real light and airy feel to it. The living includes a SMART TV and has a patio door, which leads out onto a decked area at the back of the building to enjoy that early morning coffee, glass of wine after a day exploring, or an evening of alfresco dining. The newly fitted kitchen has all the amenities you would expect with breakfast bar for two. Off the hallway is a modern, contemporary bathroom, which features a walk in shower with a rain shower head. At the front of the apartment, there is a large double bedroom with a comfortable double bed and plenty of wardrobe and storage space with views over Castle Street.
