The house is a large detached house located in the village of Shillingford St George, on the outskirts of Exeter. It is only a 15 minute drive to the city centre and a 5 minute drive to the M5 (junction 31). You will enter the property through the large wooden gates, which lead to the parking area which can accommodate 4 vehicles. The front door then takes you into the hallway leading to the living rooms, WC and open-plan kitchen/dining room. Each living room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up all of your meals, including a large range cooker. There is even an air fryer for those times you need something in a hurry. The dining area has a large table & chairs, and French doors opening out to the patio; perfect for the summer months. Off the dining area is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the first floor are the bedrooms. There is a master suite with king-size bed and a large accessible en-suite shower room. The second bedroom also has a king bed, as well as a double sofa bed. This room has an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a double and the fourth has a single with trundle, which can be pulled out to make a double. Outside is a large garden which you are free to enjoy. Please note that guests do not have access to the garage or outbuilding. There is private off street parking which can comfortably accommodate four cars. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a GBP40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Shillingford St George is a quite village on the outskirts of Exeter to the south of the city.
