The kitchen/living area is spacious and the large corner couch, With lovely dining table next to kitchen worktop with chairs to either enjoy meals at or work from. There are also beautiful views from the balcony. The street is peaceful, yet only a few minutes from many bus links. It's also about a 10 minute walk to Scottish Parliament Building/Royal Mile/Holyrood /Leith Walk, about a 20 minute walk to Waverley Station/Princess Street and about 30 min to Edinburgh Castle and the Grass market Inside you will find a bright modern open-plan living and kitchen/dining area filled with a 40 inch Smart TV and an L-shaped sofa perfect for a movie night after a busy day! The dining area also provides ideal space for meals and laptop space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern amenities with plenty of space for cooking meals. Your night can be concluded in the wonderfully bright bedrooms where you can sink into a comfy and cosy beds which is fitted with hotel-quality bed linen. While, a morning shower can be taken in the ensuite, There is also an additional bathroom with a bath to fully relax in, a hand & bath towel will be provided for each guest. Parking: Free parking on premises - You are welcome to park in the on-site car park over the course of your stay. Please note there is no allocated space for the flat. Roughly 5- 10 mins Recommended places to Eat/Drink: For Brunch: - It's All Good on Easter Road A personal favourite of ours and located just a short 5-minute walk from the flat on Easter Road! Great coffee, delicious food, and cheery staff! I highly recommend the pancakes Dinner: - Aurora on 186 Great Jct St, EH6 5LQ A must! Non-traditional fine dining in the heart of Leith. Aurora is great for those with adventurous palates. Also does a great brunch/lunch menu. I would advise booking - La casa on Leith Walk La Casa is another favourite which is located approx a 15 minute walk from the flat. It is a hip Mediterranean restaurant with a laid-back vibe specialising in tapas & mezze. Local attractions: Dean Village (15 minutes by car hour by foot) Bucolic village abutting a tranquil stream, with gardens, 19th-century buildings & a museum. Leith Shore (10 minutes by car 30 mins by foot) A transformation of the old industrial docks. This is a beautiful area for a pint and some great food, especially seafood! Edinburgh Princess St (20 mins by car 40 mins by foot) Edinburgh in all its glory, With Edinburgh Castle, Scott's monument, St James's Quater, Royal Mile and Princess St Gardens. Forth Bridges (hour by car) The Forth Bridge is one of Scotland's major landmarks and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
