Steeped in history with Butler Wharf as well as one of the largest universities in Europe at Kings College. Rail: There are 11 railway stations in the area, including the London Bridge terminus. In addition, there are six London Overground stations, forming part of the South London line extension. Tube: Three tube lines (Bakerloo, Northern and Jubilee) serve seven stops in the area, although they are concentrated in the north of the borough. A five-minute ride on the Northern line from Elephant and Castle will take you to Bank, while it takes just 12 minutes to get to King’s Cross.
