Located on a modern development our home benefits from a generous spacious lounge with a stylish dining area. There is a 50" TV which includes all of the major channels and Netflix. From the lounge, patio doors lead out to the garden, where there is an outdoor dining area. We have a downstairs cloakroom and a fully equipped kitchen with Tassimo Coffee Machine and slow cooker, for those winter months. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. Our master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds plus there is a family bathroom. The property also benefits from off-road parking for two cars, to the side of the house. A 10-minute drive from the house will take you into the historic town of Shrewsbury, which has a whopping 600 listed buildings from the 16th and 17th centuries. Unfortunately in the 1960s, some historic buildings were demolished to make way for a very different architectural style and I am sure you will spot these buildings. A walk past the train station, castle, and old library building is worth seeing if you like historic buildings. If you follow the river, you will come to The Quarry Park, which is a beautiful 29-acre parkland providing the perfect place to relax, enjoy walks, picnic, or play a game of ball with the family. At the heart of the Quarry lies the Dingle, a floral masterpiece cultivated by world-renowned gardener Percy Thrower, who served as Parks Superintendent for 28 years. It's a delightful sunken garden landscaped with alpine borders, shrubbery, and charming water features that is worth a wander around. Attingham Park Mansion and Grounds which is a National Trust is a 10-minute drive and Love 2 Stay has Coldwater Swimming, Children's Play Area and Cafe.
