Just a 2 minute walk from the York city street Piccadilly, packed with shops, restaurants and the popular York Spark centre, offering the freshest selection of places to eat, drink and shop. Just a 5 minute walk into the heart of York, and only a 15-20 minute stroll to the other side of York’s city centre, home to The York Minster, The Museum gardens and York’s Train Station. As far as location goes, you cannot ask for much more. Heading into the house you are greeted with modern furnishings and décor throughout. The Living area has seating for 6 guests, over two sofas. A Large flat screen smart Tv for your use, offering you the chance to relax comfortably and watch your favourite Netflix programmes after a busy day exploring the city. The property is fitted with the highest quality fixtures, including a modern Tv cabinet with a wireless charging feature to charge your phone wirelessly. Heading into the kitchen, the open space offers a dining table for up to 6 guests. All the appliances you could need for any length of stay are provided including a full fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, hoover, oven and induction hob etc. Leading on from the kitchen there is a small outside space with seating to enjoy in the summer months.
