Pol is reverse-level cottage, with a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric fan-assisted oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, a dining area for two and a sitting area with Smart TV and Freeview. On the ground-floor there is a double bedroom and a twin with en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Ample off-road parking available. Outside there is a communal lawn with furniture and barbecue area. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Within 1.4 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, WiFi, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.
