The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, dining seating for six, and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, and two twin beds, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a garden with decking and furniture with access to fishing lake and orchard, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Winkleigh is a small rural community in the middle of Devon's rolling countryside and includes a shop, post office, butcher and a cafe, with two pubs, one which offers meals and the option to sample traditional ciders and scrumpy from the Winkleigh Cider Company. A van which sells wonderful fish and chips also comes to the area twice a week. Winding alleys, towering hedgerows and a more tranquil pace of life distinguish the area. The open tors of Dartmoor are a significant draw for nature enthusiasts and walkers, while the hills of Exmoor and the surfing beaches can all be accessed in 40 minutes by car. Historic Torrington, home to RHS Rosemoor and an arts complex is just 13 miles away, and the Cathedral City of Exeter with its Roman city walls, shopping centre, theatre and restaurants offers a perfect day out.
